What do the Sales Reports show?
Sales broken down by item, by customer, and by time period (daily, weekly, or monthly).
Use them to spot which customers and products drive your revenue, and to inform stocking and pricing decisions.
What do Stock Reports show?
Current stock value, stock movement over a period, and fast-moving versus slow-moving analysis.
The slow-moving view is the useful one for spotting dead stock that's tying up cash.
What is the Daily Sale Summary?
An automatic end-of-day summary showing the invoices you raised, total sales value, total collections, and the amount still outstanding, a quick daily close without running a report yourself.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Every report can be exported as Excel or PDF.
Excel is best for sharing with your CA or doing your own analysis; PDF is better for sharing with a partner or keeping as a record.
