Low Stock & Reorder Alerts
How do I set up low stock alerts?
Set a Reorder Level on each item - the quantity at which you'd normally reorder.
When stock falls to or below that level, mazu sends you an in-app alert so you can restock before running out.
Can I set different reorder levels for different items?
Yes. Each item has its own reorder level. Set higher levels for fast-moving items and lower levels for slow movers.
How do I know which items are running low right now?
Go to Dashboard → Low Stock. It lists every item at or below its reorder level, sorted by urgency, so you can turn it straight into a purchase list.
