Billing Cycle & Autopay
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. When you switch from monthly to annual, the change takes effect immediately. The annual price is calculated pro-rated: Annual price = ₹2,500 minus a credit for the remaining unused days in your current monthly cycle. Formula: Price = 2500 - ((monthly plan price / 30) × remaining days in the current month).
Can I switch from annual to monthly billing?
Yes, but the change does not take effect immediately. Your annual plan stays active until the end of the current annual cycle. At the next renewal date, your plan switches to monthly billing.
What is autopay / recurring billing?
When you subscribe, you can enable autopay. Your subscription amount is automatically deducted from your chosen payment method on each billing cycle (monthly or annual). You don't need to manually pay each time.
What happens if I turn off autopay?
If you switch off autopay, you are charged a one-time amount for the current billing cycle. Your subscription runs until the end of that cycle and then expires. You are not charged again automatically.
What happens if my auto-debit payment fails?
If the automatic payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), the plan continues for another 7 days for you to retry payment. If the payment is not retried or completed, the plan expires after 7 days and you are moved to the Free plan.
Can I pay annually with a one-time payment instead of autopay?
Yes. You can make a one-time payment for the annual plan. The same refund and cancellation policies apply. 100% refund within 7 days, no refund after 7 days. The plan expires at the end of 360 days unless you renew.
Will I be notified before an auto-debit charge?
Yes, you will receive a notification before your plan renews so you can review your subscription before the charge is processed.
