How to create a new company?
- Click on company name: In the top right corner of the screen, click the company name.
- View All: click on ‘View All’ from the dropdown.
- Company Listing: on the company listing screen, click on ‘+’ icon to create a new company.
What is the relationship between a user, a company, and a plan?
Each user can have one or multiple companies. A subscription is purchased against a specific company, not a user. Each company is mapped to a plan, either Free or Growth. Each company has one default user included for free.
Can I have multiple companies on one account?
Yes. A single user account can have multiple companies. Each company has its own plan. One could be on Free while another is on Growth.
How do I invite a team member?
Go to Users → Invite User and enter their phone number or email address.
They receive an invitation to join your company, and can start working once they accept.
Note: Extra users are chargeable depending on your plan.
