What plans does mazu offer?
mazu has two plans: Free and Growth. The Free plan covers basic features at no cost. The Growth plan is the paid tier with full features, available as monthly or annual subscription.
How much does the Growth plan cost?
Monthly: The Growth plan has a fixed monthly subscription price. Annual: The Growth plan has a fixed annual subscription price. The annual billing cycle is 360 days (not 365).
What is the difference between the Free and Growth plans?
The Free plan covers basic features. The Growth plan unlocks the full feature set including advanced reports, recurring billing automation, e-invoice, and the ability to invite additional users. Specific feature differences should be referenced from the current plan comparison on the mazu website or app.
Is there a trial period?
The Free plan itself is permanently free. It's not a trial. Users can upgrade to Growth at any time. Annual Growth plan subscribers get a full refund if they cancel within the first 7 days.
