Billing Scenarios

Check Settings → Subscription → Billing History to see all charges. If you see a duplicate charge, it may be a pending authorisation that will be reversed automatically within 3-5 business days. If it persists, contact the billing team with the transaction IDs.

If you cancelled after the 7-day window (annual) or at any point (monthly), the plan runs until the end of the current billing cycle. If you believe the charge is after the end date of the billing cycle in a cancelled plan, escalate to the billing team with transaction details.

Check when the plan was purchased. If it's within 7 days of the original purchase date, you get a 100% refund. If it's after 7 days, no refund is available, but the plan will stay active until the end of the 360-day cycle and then move to Free.

The extra user cannot be refunded mid-cycle. Remove the user from Settings → Manage Users. The seat stays active until the end of the billing cycle. They can assign it to someone else if needed, or leave it empty. The seat will not renew.

Annual-to-monthly switches take effect only at the next renewal date. The annual plan continues for its full 360-day duration. The switch to monthly billing starts after the annual plan expires.

Because the annual price was pro-rated. You received a credit for the unused days remaining in your monthly cycle. The formula: Annual price = 2500 - ((monthly price / 30) × remaining days in current month).

Extra users added mid-cycle are charged pro-rated. Annual plans: (2000 / 360) × remaining days in the plan. Monthly plans: only the remaining days of the current month. The full rate applies from the next renewal.

Base rate: ₹200/month or ₹2,000/year. Mid-cycle additions are pro-rated. All extras align with primary plan's renewal date. Cancellations do not refund mid-cycle.
