How to create the primary or sub groups?
- While creating the item group, enable the ‘Primary Group’ toggle.
What is the purpose of providing HSN/SAC selection in item group creation?
- While creating an item, if the Item Group has an HSN/SAC code assigned, the same HSN/SAC is automatically applied to the item.
How do I organise items into categories?
Go to Items → Categories → Add Category. Create categories like "Men's Wear", "Electronics", "Raw Materials", etc. Assign each item to a category.
You can then filter billing and reports by category to see which parts of your business are performing.
