- mazu provides the option to bulk import your items and parties from Excel.
- Go to Utilities: in the left menu panel, click on Utilities.
- Choose Category: select item or party as per need to bulk import the parties.
- Download Sample: Download the sample file available, Two options are provided Excel or CSV. Enter the data to the file.
- Choose File: Click on ‘Choose File’ and update the data. You will receive the notification once the file is uploaded and the items are created.
- If the file processing is completed but the status shows Failed, download the file and check the Remark section for the error message.
